Group Manager

The role of the Group Manager is to oversee the relationship with the client, as well as the reporting, plans and strategy for their farms.

Group Managers should have previous experience in the management of both farms and people, and be able to focus on strategy, including acquisition and productivity. 

 

Area Manager

Area Managers are competent at farm reporting as they develop Annual Farm Plans and oversee their implementation (this also involves writing mid-year reports and annual reports). They also supervise the execution of the overall strategy and deal with any relevant training requirements.

Area Managers must be successful farm managers and be knowledgeable of all technical, financial and human resource issues. 

 

Farm Manager

The Farm Manager has some input into Annual Farm Plans, however the main responsibility they have is to ensure the successful implementation of these plans.

Farm Managers must be competent in both the theory and practice of farm management.
