Operational Plan and Reporting

Five year plan - A five year strategic plan for the farm including cropping and livestock enterprises to be run, pasture improvement, weed control and infrastructure improvements. Includes a full five year forecast of total farm operation’s cash flow and profit with sensitivities to drought and price variation.

Annual plan - An operational plan for the year including a detailed outline of all farm programs (crop programs, stocking rate, pasture improvement, fertiliser, animal health, weed and vermin control, repairs and maintenance, capital improvement) to be implemented. Includes associated cash flow and profit projections.

Semi-annual updates - Provides reports on performance versus budget and updates of budgets on all operational and financial aspects of the farm.

Monthly reports - Monthly budget vs. actual cash flow report.

Operations Manual

General Operations Manual. Includes detail of work practices for the majority of farm operations to be implemented, for use by and discussion with farm labour.

Book-Keeping and Administration Services

1.	Processing of all transactions undertaken for the property.
2.	Preparation of GST and Tax Return data.

Occupational Health and Safety

1.	OHS Audit - Completed annually, assessing OHS risks and recommending improvements
2.	OHS Induction - OHS induction procedures for all farm labour and contractors.
3.	OHS Manual - Provides safe work procedures for safe conduct of many farm work practices
